Please keep in mind that this website does not request any personal information like social security numbers, account numbers etc. We will never ask for any kind of payment information, credit card, etc. We have absolutely no need for, and do not want, any of that.

You are simply submitting info necessary to gauge the overall condition of the house. We do inquire if there are any outstanding loans on the home, liens, unpaid taxes, etc.

Plus, we may ask for the name of the company it owed to. But, this website will never ask for personal info like the account numbers. Again we have no need to know that.

However, you should be aware that anyone considering buying the home will want to verify that the information is correct. Therefore that individual, or their agent, may legitimately need to know the specific account numbers for the debt. You could send them a current statement showing the balance. And blackout the account numbers. This may be satisfactory to some buyers.

In addition, these items are typically paid off at the closing. Which means that company, or law firm, who is actually doing the closing will require the name and account numbers for everything that is going to be paid.

We just want you to be aware of what normally, and routinely, happens during a home sale.
